Classic Champagne Cocktail: A sugar cube, soaked with bitters and Cognac, topped with Champagne.  
Kir Royale: Thienot Champagne coated in sweet Blackcurrant Liqueur.  
Boris Pepper: Fresh Strawberries sweetened and spiced with black pepper, shaken and finished with Champagne.  
French 75i: Plymouth Gin shaken with lemon and sugar, topped off with Champagne.  
Grey Bison Fizz: Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka shaken with Earl Grey, sweetened, and charged with Champagne.

Borough Cosmopolitan: Lemon infused Stolichnaya Vodka shaken with citrus, orange and cranberry,
spiked with fresh ginger.
 
Smoked Orange and Thyme Daiquiri: Clement Shrubb Orange Rum married with fresh thyme and orange, sweetened with smokey Lapsang Souchong gomme.  
Green Grass Martini: A clean, citrus combination of Bison Grass Vodka, lime and mint, with a trace of hazelnut.  
Sweet and Spice: Fresh blueberries shaken with Grey Goose Vodka complimented with chestnut
and ginger undertones.
 
Paddington: Fresh ginger and marmalade emphasised with lemon infused Stolichnaya Vodka and fresh lemon.  
Chestnut Alexander: Cognac and cream, spiced with chestnut liqueur and a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon.  
Basil Grande: Vodka, Grand Marnier and Chambord blended with fresh strawberries and basil with a twist
of black pepper to accent the sweetness.
 
Bird of Paradise: Cream laced with chocolate, almond, agave and nutmeg.  
Cucumis Martini: Fresh Cucumber, slightly sweetened, and twined with Bison Grass Vodka.  
Gin Grey Martini: Utilising the sweetness of Plymouth Gin- balanced with bergamot and citrus.  
Grape Delight: Gin sweetened with grapes and sloe, and delicately offset with a touch of aromatic bitters and lime.  
Hemingway: A strong take on a Daiquiri, first created for Ernest Hemingway. Rum soured with grapefruit,
a touch of lime, and evened by sweet Maraschino liqueur.
 
Jack in the Box: Apple Brandy simply shaken with pineapple and spiced with aromatic bitters.  
Mulata Daiquiri: An Aged Rum Daiquiri where the natural raisin notes are emphasised with hints of chocolate.  
Elaichi: An exceptional pairing of flavourful cardamom, sweet pineapple and smooth Polish Vodka.  
Polish Martini: Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka and Krupnik Honey Liqueur married with apple
and finished with cinnamon.
 
Orchid Martini: Vanilla, Citrus and Chocolate. Delicate and Sweet.

Toasted White Russian: Manuka Honey Vodka shaken with cream, and layered over espresso and Kahlua.  
Ti Punch: La Mauney Rum, with fresh lime, over cane syrup. Served with a spoon to sweeten as desired.  
Basil Bramble: Fresh lemon, muddled with Basil, and shaken with Gin. Served over crushed ice
with a bleed of Blackberry Liqueur.

Elder Statesman: Chilled Gin served over ice, sweetened with elderflower and followed by fresh Rosemary.  
Austin Jam:Golden Rum accentuated with Apricot Jam, lime and sugar.  
Rye ‘un: Van Winkle Rye Whiskey served sweet and sharp with fresh raspberries, Chambord, Citrus and Cranberry.  
Milk & Honey: Scotch and Krupnik Honey Liqueur dissolved with honey, shaken with cream,
finished with a grating of nutmeg.
 
Apple Mac: Fresh Apple with Scotch, spiced with ginger.  
Peach Smash: A variation on the classic, using a fragrant, fruity chestnut liqueur.  
Peach Smash: Mint and wedges of citrus fruit shaken with peach and Bourbon, over crushed ice.  
Motu Crush: Passionfruit, and lychee with citrus infused Vodka in a tropical blend.  
Eclipse Smash: Mint and Mount Gay Rum with apple and raspberry accents, over crushed ice.  
Vanilla Passion Daisy: Vanilla vodka and passionfruit, soured then charged with soda.  
Star Daisy: Grapes folded with Gin and Calvados, with hints of apple, lemon and pomegranate.

Lady Grey: Grey Goose Vodka shaken with lychee, ginger, lemongrass and apple.

 

BlackPear Sling: Fresh Blackberries muddled with thyme, shaken with Vodka, Pear and a touch of lemon and apple.

Grape Escape: Muddled Grapes and a touch of mintcombined with Cognac and Sauvignon Blanc,
charged with soda.
Saronno Sling: Tuaca Vanilla Liqueur, Amaretto Disaronno with cranberry and hints of orange,
topped with Red Wine.
Pink G&T: Plymouth Gin spiked with Angostura and Peach Bitters, topped with tonic.
Pisco Punch: Pineapple, infused with cloves, and shaken with Pisco.
Horse’s Neck: Scotch topped with Ginger Ale with a touch of lemon and aromatic bitters.
Crimson Crush: Scotch, flavoured with sloe and raspberry, finished with Ginger Beer.
Dark ‘n’ Stormy: Fresh ginger muddled with Golden Rum and lime, topped with spicy Ginger Beer.
