Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be received by 12 noon, two days prior to arrival date
• Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge of £50 per room
• Cancellation must be made by fax, post or email
• Cancellations may NOT be made by telephone
• Non arrival will incur a charge of the first night’s accommodation and remaining nights will be released
• Cancellation for agency bookings must be received by 12 noon 1 day prior to arrival date

Check-out: 12.00pm. Early or late checking in or out by prior arrangement only, cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on preceding or subsequent room reservations.
